A software house specialising in automation and orchestration of business-critical processes. Founded in 2015 by practitioners with over 20 years of enterprise experience. Today our 80-strong team works with leaders across 9 sectors — from banking and insurance, through manufacturing and retail, to healthcare and finance.

Where we come from.
Telco IT team → own company
- We started as a team of specialists inside the IT department of one of Poland's largest telecoms
- We didn't like the project-driven approach — we wanted to build a great place to work that brought together the best IT specialists
- In 2015 we founded Horus as an independent company with a ready portfolio and trusted clients
- We quickly became one of the most trusted and largest IT suppliers for Play

We combine process architects, platform engineers and business consultants. Every project is led by a dedicated owner from our team — from the first workshop through to knowledge transfer.
Responsible for Horus strategy and operations. Ensures the firm delivers value to clients and that the team has the right conditions to do great work. Leads organisational growth and company culture.
IT architect and manager with decades of experience designing, building and delivering successful digital solutions. Co-designs solutions together with the client and coordinates delivery from analysis through architecture to go-live.
Responsible for service development, communication and sales. Talks to clients before they even know they need to change — diagnoses challenges, assesses organisational readiness and finds the shortest path to value and success. Helps choose the best solution and builds a shared sense of accountability for the outcome.
