A successful transformation starts with stable IT infrastructure

An efficient IT environment is a prerequisite for building competitive advantage. We act as your trusted technology partner.

We provide comprehensive support — from CI/CD automation and containerisation, through cloud management (GCP), to reliable observability and artificial intelligence deployments in your own infrastructure.

Infrastructure as Code · GitOps · Kubernetes · Google Cloud Platform · Open source first

When infrastructure starts costing more than it should

Typical signals that an IT environment needs to be put in order:

  • Infrastructure maintenance consumes a large share of the IT budget and blocks innovation
  • Deployments are triggered manually — generating errors and slowing software delivery
  • Without full observability, minor incidents turn into hours-long diagnostic sessions
  • Recreating an environment from scratch takes days and relies on the knowledge of a few individuals
  • Vendor lock-in limits flexibility and dramatically raises licensing costs

Why entrust your infrastructure to the Horus team?

Technological independence

We rely on proven open source solutions, giving you full control over licensing costs and protecting you from dependence on a single vendor (vendor lock-in).

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Our working standard (IaC and GitOps) guarantees full repeatability, fast environment recreation and transparent auditability of changes.

DevSecOps built into the process

We implement automated quality and security gates at every stage of the application lifecycle, protecting your processes from failures.

Education and partnership guidance

We focus on transparent communication and active knowledge transfer to your team, instead of building artificial dependence on our services.

Engagement models matched to the scale of your organisation

We adapt our involvement to the nature of your business, offering flexible billing models:

Deployment project

We deliver a closed scope of work (e.g. a cloud migration or a Kubernetes cluster deployment) against a fixed quote, closing the process with full documentation and training.

Ongoing DevOps care (SLA)

We provide our team's availability within an agreed number of hours (retainer), taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance, monitoring and infrastructure development.

Dedicated engineer (Team Leasing)

We provide a DevOps/Linux expert long-term, who becomes an integral part of your team, working in a clear billing model.

Audit and consulting

We run a recurring or one-off assessment of your environment in terms of performance and security, delivering a report with concrete recommendations.

Our technology capabilities (tech stack)

We match deployment tools precisely to the specifics of the environment. Expand a domain to see the details:

CI/CD and GitOps

We shorten software delivery time and reduce errors by designing automated pipelines and defining infrastructure as code.

We use

GitLab CITerraformHelmTektonArgo CDFluxHarborAnsibleJenkins

Helm for application packaging, Tekton as Kubernetes-native pipelines, Argo CD and Flux for state synchronisation, Harbor as a private image registry with vulnerability scanning.

Kubernetes architecture and cloud (GCP)

We build scalable container platforms, offering fully managed environments.

OKD is the free edition of OpenShift, and Google Anthos covers multi-cloud scenarios and hybrid environments.

AI deployments in your own infrastructure

We guarantee the highest level of privacy. We deploy artificial intelligence models on your servers, eliminating external risks.

Need a full specification for your engineering team?

We understand that architectural decisions require detail. We have prepared a complete, 8-page technical document (PDF) containing a detailed description of our capabilities and our deployment process step by step.

Zero spam. We only send the download link to a document packed with hard engineering knowledge.

Frequently asked questions about DevOps and Linux administration

How does DevOps differ from classic server administration?

Classic administration means manual configuration and ad-hoc reaction to failures. DevOps is based on Infrastructure as Code and GitOps — every environment change is versioned in a repository, passes automated quality gates and can be recreated or rolled back. The result is repeatable deployments and full auditability of changes.

Do you deploy Kubernetes on-premise, or only in the cloud?

Both. In the client's own infrastructure we build clusters on RKE2 and OKD (the free edition of OpenShift), and for hybrid and multi-cloud environments we use Google Anthos. In the public cloud we deploy GKE and the remaining Google Cloud Platform services — Cloud Run, Cloud SQL and Compute Engine.

Can we use AI models without sending data outside?

Yes. We deploy LLM models locally, inside your infrastructure — Ollama with the Open WebUI interface and dedicated AI agents. Data never leaves your network, which eliminates the risks associated with passing information to external providers.

How does the engagement work if we already have our own DevOps team?

Most often as team leasing or an audit. A dedicated engineer becomes an integral part of your team, while an environment audit ends with a report containing concrete performance and security recommendations. In both cases we actively transfer knowledge to your people.

How long does a cloud migration or a Kubernetes cluster deployment take?

The timeline depends on the scale of the environment and the number of applications and integrations, which is why we start with an audit of the current infrastructure. It ends with a scope of work, a schedule and a quote — only then do we commit to a specific date, instead of estimating blindly.

What happens after the deployment project ends?

We close the project with full documentation and team training — infrastructure described as code stays in your repository. If you need further support, we cover the environment with ongoing SLA care (retainer), including monitoring and infrastructure development.
