Classic RPA follows strictly defined instructions in graphical interfaces. Agentic Automation goes further - AI agents maintain context, adapt to interface changes and handle exceptions without human intervention. Horus deploys both approaches, matching the model to the specific process.
Human-in-the-Loop
The AI agent executes the task; a human approves every decision before it is carried out. Applied where error risk is high or regulatory compliance is required.
Human-on-the-Loop
The AI agent operates autonomously; a human monitors and can intervene. Applied to well-defined processes with low risk.
Human-out-of-the-Loop
Full agent autonomy - used only for very low-risk processes with perfectly documented decision patterns.
How we work
Every automation project starts with a Profit Map - a workshop where we define measurable benefits and success criteria. We then select the processes with the highest ROI and build the solution iteratively, with competence transfer to the internal IT team as the goal of every stage.
We work with UiPath as the primary automation platform, with integration options for Camunda (orchestration), Temporal (reliability) and LLM models (Agentic AI).
